Refund Policy

OpsDeck operates on a subscription billing model.

1. No Refunds

All payments are non-refundable.

We do not provide:

  • Refunds for partial billing periods
  • Credits for unused time
  • Refunds after automatic renewal

2. Free Trial

We provide a 14-day free trial.

You will not be charged during the trial period.

If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your selected subscription will automatically begin and your payment method will be charged.

3. Cancellation

You may cancel anytime via your account dashboard.

Cancellation prevents future billing only.

Access remains active until the end of the current billing period.
